Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at orders@2moons.energy.

Non-Returnable Items

• Journals that have been written in, customized, or used cannot be returned.
• Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds.
