I hereby voluntarily request and consent to receive Reiki services from Kendra Devlin, Reiki Master Teacher, RMT, of 2 Moons Energy.


I understand and acknowledge that no guarantees have been made to me as to the effect of such services.


I further understand and acknowledge that in no way are these services meant to be construed by me as the diagnosis or treatment of disease, but rather as an aid to balancing my energy and to possibly improving my general wellness.


I understand that prior to my first Reiki session, I will receive an oral explanation of and description of a Reiki session. I understand that I may refuse any and all services at any time during my first session or during any subsequent sessions.


I understand that Kendra Devlin, Reiki Master Teacher, RMT of 2 Moons Energy upholds the highest standards of care and professionalism and as an IARP® Registered Reiki Professional, abides by the IARP Code of Ethics. A copy is available for review, upon request.


I understand that Reiki services provided by Kendra Devlin, Reiki Master Teacher, RMT of 2 Moons Energy are simply intended to enhance relaxation and to aid in stress reduction.


I understand that Reiki is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications, and it is recommended that I concurrently work with my Doctor or Primary Caregiver for any condition I may have. I am advised that if I am sick, I should consult my Doctor. I am aware that my Reiki Practitioner does not diagnose illness or disease and does not prescribe medication.


If I experience any discomfort during the session, I will immediately communicate that to the practitioner so the treatment can be adjusted.

PRACTITIONER DISCLOSURE

As a Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioner, I am not licensed, certified, or registered by the State of Colorado as a health care professional. I am not a licensed medical physician and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe remedies for the treatment of disease.

The services I perform, whether in person, by mail, or by phone, are at all times restricted to complementary and alternative health care services intended for general well-being. I am prohibited from performing:

  • Surgery or any invasive procedure
  • Administering or prescribing x-ray radiation
  • Prescribing prescription drugs
  • Using general or spinal anesthetics
  • Administering ionizing radioactive substances
  • Using a laser device that punctures the skin
  • Performing enemas/colonics unless board certified
  • Practicing midwifery
  • Practicing psychotherapy
  • Performing spinal manipulation
  • Practicing optometry
  • Directly administering medical protocols to a pregnant woman or a person who has cancer
  • Practicing dentistry
  • Setting fractures
  • Practicing massage therapy
  • Providing a conventional medical disease diagnosis
  • Recommending the discontinuation of a course of care recommended by a health care professional

CONSENT FOR MINORS (Ages 2-8)

I am also prohibited from treating children less that two years of age. In order to treat a child between ages 2-8, I must have written, signed consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Discovering Reiki

Individual Sessions

For a 60-minute session, we’ll begin by spending about 5-10 minutes discussing any specific intentions, areas of tension, or personal goals you’d like to address. This brief check-in helps tailor the session to your needs, allowing you to gain the most from your Reiki experience. You’ll then receive approximately 45-50 minutes of gentle energy work, followed by the option to share any insights or sensations you noticed, should you feel comfortable doing so.

Distance Reiki sessions are available at the same rates as in-person appointments, offering a flexible way to continue your self-care routine no matter where you are. Clients often appreciate this option during busy weeks, travel, or when seeking the comfort of their own home environment. Whether in-person or from afar, the quality of energy work remains consistent, and many say it feels just as soothing and effective.

If you’re new to Reiki, this reduced rate for your first session can help you explore its benefits at a lower cost, with less pressure. Many first-time clients appreciate the chance to “try before they commit” and find that even one session can provide a sense of calm, relief, and emotional clarity.

Whether you’re working through ongoing stress, seeking regular emotional balance, or simply want to incorporate self-care more intentionally, these discounted bundles make investing in your well-being more affordable and convenient.

It’s common for those who schedule regular sessions to mention feeling more resilient, better equipped to handle life’s curve-balls, and more at ease in their daily routines.

Flexible Ongoing Support

Monthly Memberships

Your membership offers ultimate flexibility:

  • Sessions can be held in person or at a distance via Zoom or phone.
  • Choose between 30 or 60-minute sessions to fit your schedule and comfort level.
  • One session per month can be gifted to a friend or family member, letting you share the experience and its benefits. Please let me know your guests name prior to the appointment.

If your guest decides to continue their healing journey with a package or membership, you’ll receive a $60 credit on your next statement—a simple way to reward your ongoing commitment to holistic wellness.

Members often mention that this regular rhythm of sessions helps them maintain a baseline of calm and clarity, making the ups and downs of life feel more manageable.

(Please note: Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.)

Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life happens—we understand. That said, time and space are intentionally held just for you.  Sessions are scheduled in a rented healing space, which I reserve just for you. Since vouchers are provided in full-hour increments and cannot be divided:

  • If you need to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will simply reschedule.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a room charge fee of $25.00 will be issued.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations – 100% of the session fee will be charged

I’m also honored to be a part of the healing journey through the Hope Lives! program. If you are not feeling well but still want to receive your session, you are welcome to shift your in-person session to a Distance Reiki session during the same time slot. You can still benefit from the energy work without needing to be present in person and without having to late cancel your appointment.

Your well-being is the priority, and this policy helps ensure I can continue to serve all clients in a sustainable way.  Thank you for understanding and honoring this energetic exchange.
